Our Mission
The Texoma Health Foundation is an independent public health foundation with a mission to promote the health of residents in Grayson and Fannin counties of North Texas, and Bryan and Marshall counties of Southern Oklahoma.

Programs / Activities

THF provides financial, volunteer and staff resources to projects that create meaningful change, have far-reaching benefits and align with our mission and priorities. Core projects and programs include:

-THF’s Breast Cancer Project (500 Strong, Survivor Support Group and October Events)

-Community Grants awarded annually to nonprofit organizations working to:

  • Improve Access to Healthcare, Preventative Services and Health Education
  • Address Texoma’s Nursing Shortage

-Childhood Diabetes Project (Waterloo Race for Diabetes) 

-Family Endowments and Funds established under the umbrella of THF to improve the health of our communities

-Heart Disease Awareness Projects, and

-THF’s Reba’s Ranch House

Texoma Health Foundation (THF) serves Grayson and Fannin counties in North Texas and Bryan and Marshall counties in Southern Oklahoma through a broad array of programs specifically designed to address critical health issues pertinent to our communities.
