Community Grants make a difference. By empowering other organizations, THF can widen the net of people working to create a healthier Texoma.

THF awards community grants annually to local organizations with innovative projects that have measurable impact and create meaningful change in our four-county service area. THF granted more than $421,000 to fund community health projects and initiatives managed by area nonprofits in fiscal year 2007-2008.
